RIP indeed. She had a hard life, I guess. At least 40 million men having at her day and night.

The thing about Bettie is she just couldn't look dirty to save her life. Naughty? Sure but even bound and gagged there was a goofy goodness about her.

I mentioned Bettie yesterday at coffee and my boss goes "Who the hell was that?" I said that "Tall brunette, Santa hat...Playboy?"

"Ohhhhhhhhhh....christ what a shame"

Man, I can picture that, _hear_ that happening! You're right on the money: she couldn't even begin to try and do "Dirty" or "Bettie the Dominatrix." She just plain oozed "I'm really good looking and I really like fucking."

Every radio station in the world should have played "Pictures of Lily" at the same time.

Bette was great. The thousands and thousands of Bette Paige wannabe lookalikes the last ten years...not so much.

Pretty much finishes off my holiday season of loss. I already miss her more than my wife.
